Pressure washing is the most effective method for removing automotive fluid stains, rubber tire marks, exhaust, gum and dirt from cement and asphalt surfaces. We utilize hot (210 degree) water and 3,500 pounds per square inch (psi) with the aid of powerful soaps and degreasers to effectively remove the contaminants. Most of our clients clean their parking structures once a year. We recommend a quarterly or bimonthly cleaning of high traffic areas.
